SRP-MIC Scottsdale Autoshow

All infrastructure improvements including wet and dry utilities for a future 10-parcel, 63-acre auto complex. Scope included several large entry monuments, approximately 5,000 LF of waterline and sewer, and over 9,000 LF of electrical conduit. The project also included a large amount of earthwork for retention basins and 700 LF of underground storage systems. Addition of a new road, 89th Street, and road improvements along Pima Road.
